We have massively extended the capabilities of the Beenia integration with HubSpot workflows. It now enables not only to automatically create activities but also goals, meetings, team spaces, member invites and more.

You can now copy or move activities to other Beenia accounts you are a member of. This works for both individual activities or for mass copy / move. In the copy / move dialog you can now choose the destination account.

The goal tracking using HubSpot data is now much more flexible. You can use any numeric property in HubSpot to calculate your goals. To do that just add the ID of that property into the Property ID field.

When creating a copy of any activity you can now set the name of the new activity directly from the copy window. The makes the copying process much faster. Just click on the pencil and set a name for the new activity.

In team space settings you can now add links to external pages to top bar of your team spaces. That is very helpful if you want to keep important external apps and files like design files, spreadsheets, presentations etc. easily accessible from the top bar of your team spaces.

Set frequency to automatically update your goals from external data sources. That eliminates the need to manually update your goals and keeps your progress statistics accurate. In detail view of your goal click on "Get data", activate automatic updates and choose the frequency.

MyView is the area which shows activities from all team spaces which are assigned to you. It is accessible through the box icon in the main navigation. We will be adding new features to this area soon. For now we have updated the design for both the list view and the board view.

Mass editing now works also in your personal board view. This saves lot of time by enabling you to edit your inbox of activities in batch and so organise your daily schedules faster.

In your team space settings you can enable, disable and reorder apps for each team space. From now on when you open a team space it will open with the app which is set as first in your app order. Until now the team spaces opened with the activities app by default.

We have added the ability to set start dates for your goals. Using start dates and end dates the goals tracking is now more flexible. The feature makes it easy to show your goal measurements just for the date range you need to track.

We have extended mass editing by the option to remove multiple activities assigned to a goal. This can save lot of time if you use manual activities matching for some of your goals.

Using mass editing you can edit your activities in batches, which can save lot of time. From now on you can use that feature not only to edit your open activities, but the closed activities as well. Just mark multiple activities holding shift and start editing using the mass edit bar.

In your personal activities view team spaces are now linked with your activities. After clicking on the team space link the same activity will open inside of the team space. Small but handy feature.

We have added search option to dropdown custom fields. It will come handy if you need to edit custom fields which have many options to choose from.

Context menu is now available also on closed activities inside of goals. That makes editing of closed activities much faster.

This is huge. Automatically match activities with goals using rules. So far you had to manually add activities to goals. Now you can set flexible rules which will do the matching for you. Navigate to detail of your goal and in the actions menu click on "Set rules".

Filter your activities and save your filters, so that you don't need to setup your filters again and again. You can give your saved views a name and share them with your team mates. Once saved, you can easily switch between your saved views. This is a huge time saver.

Get more focused during meeting by using the new full screen view in meetings. In detail view of your meetings click on the presentation icon and enjoy the clutter free more focused design of your meeting agenda.

You can now not only create new activities from your meetings, but also add existing activities to your meetings directly from the meeting interface. Just type the name of the activity into the activities field and you will see existing activities which you can add. That saves time when building your meeting agendas.

Sort and search activities added to a goal by status, assignee, list, priority and more. Drive attention to activities that most important.

Statistics now look better and are more intuitive. After clicking on each metric in your charts a pop window will show up giving you a quick access to the related activities

In team space settings you can now change the order of custom fields via drag & drop. By doing so you can give custom fields logical or prioritised order, so that it is easier for your team mates to edit them.

The mass editing feature were extended to include custom fields. Mark multiple activities and edit custom fields faster.

Another nice feature to keep your team space clean and focused. You can deactivate apps you don't need in a specific team space. If you don't need for example meetings, goals or other app in a team space you can simply switch it off reducing clutter even more.

You have now more options to customize the icons for your team spaces. You can choose from a set of modern icons, set icon color or add custom team space initials. Icon colors can be used to color code your team spaces - e.g. for prioritization or to signal urgency and more.

We have added an option to edit custom fields, when you create new activity via the global plus icon. That way you will save you time by enabling you to enter all needed information in one step.

You can now mass edit activities added to a goal. Click on command and mark multiple activities. After that you can use the mass edit panel to do mass actions like setting deadline, changing assigned, task list and more.

You can now set custom statuses for activities via team settings. Before it was possible via board view which let many users to overlook this feature. Using custom statuses you can customise the work process in your team spaces.

The highly expected Zapier integration is finally here. Use it to automate your business by integrating Beenia with over 5000+ apps via Zapier. You can integrate Beenia with Google Calendar, MS Teams or with CRM systems like HubSpot, Pipedrive or Firmao.

New, more intuitive and improved native time tracking. Track time on tasks, approve track times, set time estimates, project budgets & more. Tracking time is now easy with Beenia.

Whole new and more intuitive design for the account administration and user profiles will help you customise Beenia to your needs and make your team more focused.

You will now be able to edit custom fields on activities also from your task inbox. Until know it was only possible to edit custom fields from inside of team spaces.

Search has now new look and feel with additional capabilities like search for meetings, goals, filter flexibility and more.

New and refreshed look for the team space settings with new features like custom order of apps, custom apps or apps deactivation.

When it comes to deleted items you can now find and restore not only deleted activities but also goals and meetings. The trash bin comes also with a new look and with the option to see detailed view of each deleted item.

The global add button has a new design and more options in popup forms for faster creation of teams, users and activities

We have launched the first step for the new Beenia home screen, which will allow you to customize what you see by activating and deactivating widgets. Currently, you can view team spaces and activity statistics in the new style. Soon, you will have access to activities, meetings, goals, and more on your home page

The meetings have undergone a refreshing transformation, showcasing enhanced clarity and reduced distractions. Stay tuned for more exciting updates and improvements to this app in the coming weeks.

We have launched a new version of Beenia calling. Besides nicer design and better performance its has powerful new features like meetings recording, Youtube streaming, call quality settings, embedding streams into websites and more.

Another revolutionary update. Create custom apps and keep all your work in one place. Using custom apps you can embed other apps inside of Beenia. For example embed Miro boards, Google Spreadsheets or Canva presentations. Let us know if you would like to embed another apps.

You can now embed Youtube and Vimeo Videos to text custom field. In field setting activate the embed checkbox.

After the redesign of boards we have now launched a new and refreshed style for the list view. Check it out and enjoy.

This is powerful update. You can now see how your goal evolve over time. And not only that. Your values are compared to optimal trend and you can also see activities drive your metric.

New and refreshed look for the team members app. New features like time reports and activities for this app soon to come.

The goals tracking section has a new modern design.

You can now create activities in Beenia automatically via HubSpot workflows. Automatically create tasks for demo bookings, deals, application reviews and more.

Now you can reorder the structure of your goals and subgoals via drag and drop.

Until you were able to sort activities in My Todo by drag & drop which is sometimes not very practical if you have long list of activities. Now you can simply switch sections from the activities detail view.

For faster focus near deadlines are now shown as words instead of dates. For example yesterday, today, tomorrow, monday etc.

You can now reorder activities added to a goal which and use it to prioritize those activities.

To enter times in time tacking is now much faster. You just need to click on the add time button and enter time as a short cut e.g. 2h 35min

It is now possible to transfer team spaces to other Beenia accounts. Available in all Beenia packages.

So far you were just able to add activities to goals and meetings from a team space (former project). Now you can assign activities to goals and meetings also from MyView (former My TODO). The activity needs to be connected with a team space first to enable these options.

You can now copy a whole team space with activities, goals and more. It is also possible to send the copy into another Beenia account.

If you ever wished to convert an activity into a list with all subactivities becoming main activities, now you can. You will find the option in the context menu in activities detail.

In image gallery you can now choose a cover image which will be visible on the activity cards in board view.

We have executed a first stage of Beenia redesign. Activity board now has a whole new look and feel with cover images for activities, resizable detail view and more.

We have redesigned the sidebars of the Beenia app by moving the navigation from left to the right side, replace words with icons and more.

You can now mark your teams as favorite to make them visible on the left sidebar. Available in all Beenia packages.

The public board received a new design as well. We hope to made it more cleaner and appealing for your external collaborators. Available in all Beenia packages.

With one click you can now select all activities in any section and use mass edit features to change list, assign goals, assignees and more. Available in all Beenia packages.

With one click you can now copy the link of any acitivity and share it with your colleagues. Available in all Beenia packages.

If you activate the collaboration mode for your public boards, your visitors will now have more options to collaborate with you. Among others they now can switch status, close tasks, see closed tasks, attach files and more.

So far you were able to create metric based goals. Now you can create also activity based which measure progress based on the completion of activities assigned to a goal.

You can now browse attachments on activities using our new image gallery. And you can now attach SVG files to activities as well.

You have now multiple options to handle activities which you have connect to your goals. For example change kanban status, switch list, change deadline and more.

Keeping your colleagues notified should be easy. On the bottom of any activity you can now make your colleagues to followers and so keeping them notified about changes and comments. Your team mates will now also become automatically follower if they add comment to activity or if they become assignee.

You can connect Beenia goals to an external data sources like the HubSpot CRM. Now you can update all your synced goals with a single click on the re-sync button.

Access frequent actions like assigning activity to a meeting or goal, copy, move and other directly on the activity cards without the need to open the detail view.

By holding ctrl (PC) or command (Mac) you can select and edit multiple activities at once. We have now add the option to add activities to goals and meetings via this mass edit feature.

You will now have more flexibility when it comes to the look and feel of your boards. You can and choose any color or to add custom image to your project and account backgrounds.

You can now update your goals automatically using data from your HubSpot CRM. Activate the HubSpot integration in project settings and choose data source on your goals,

You can now create and track goals inside of Beenia. Once you craete a goal you can start to assign activities to that goal. This makes it easy for your team to tie activities to goals.

Want to allow people with no access to Beenia to create new activities your board? By activating collaboration on public boards it's now possible.

Multiselect custom field enables users to select multiple options in the custom field dropdown.

If you work on multiple projects doing similar thinks repeatedly you will love this feature. We few clicks you can copy or move an entire list of activities to multiple projects.

What you could already do with entire lists you can now do with individual activities. Copy any activity to one or multiple projects with just a few clicks.

Want to give access to your board of activities to people outsdie of Beenia. You now can. Simply activate public access in your project settings.

Video meetings are now accessible also on you mobile phone

So far you were only able to copy or move one selected activity. You can now select multiple activities and copy or move them to another team space as a mass action.
