This plan follows the familiar per-user model, while still offering full platform access.
Every user gets access to all features at a predictable per-user cost.
The workspace-based plan offers a different approach—pricing is tied to workspaces, not users.
This plan is ideal if you work with many collaborators but only need a few workspaces. It’s especially well suited for startups, growing teams, agencies, consulting firms, and acceleration programs.
Agencies can also resell Beenia workspaces to clients, creating a new revenue stream with a fixed cost per workspace.
Each Beenia workspace is designed to be highly flexible. A single workspace can support an entire startup or client project. At a fixed monthly price per workspace, you can invite as many users, guests, or external collaborators as needed.
