Between January and March, we introduced several updates that make it easier to manage access, collaborate across teams, and track progress more clearly. Here’s a short overview of what’s new in Beenia.
What’s new
- App access control in workspaces
Control which apps are visible to specific roles or individuals. For example, you can hide time tracking from guest users directly in workspace settings.
- Cross-account activity delegation
Delegate activities to other Beenia accounts while keeping a connection between the original task and the delegated one—ideal for working across multiple workspaces.
- Shareable meeting links
Invite external participants to meetings, allow them to view or edit the agenda in advance, and give direct access to video calls—no Beenia account required.
- Calendar and timeline views
Use the calendar view to plan activities by week or month, or switch to the timeline view to visualize dependencies and schedule tasks with drag and drop.
- Activity dependencies
Define dependencies between activities to clearly see which tasks are blocking progress. Deadlines update automatically when dependencies change.
- Goal dependencies
Link goals together to create structured milestones. This helps track long-term progress and quickly identify bottlenecks.
- Google Sheets integration
Connect Google Sheets as an external data source to automatically update goal metrics with real-time data—keeping progress tracking accurate and up to date.
More updates are already in the works. Stay tuned for what’s coming next.
